Job summary

Hunter Selection is seeking a Lead Mechanical Technician for a role based in Bristol. The position leads by example, mentoring junior colleagues while driving productivity and continuous improvement in a dynamic semiconductor environment.

The candidate will read mechanical drawings, fault-find efficiently, and contribute to Lean manufacturing initiatives, with responsibilities to plan workloads and maintain team efficiency, and to create and maintain SOP documentation.
