Job summary

Hunter Selection Limited has a new opportunity for a Manufacturing Engineer at its Devon-based aerospace manufacturing facility. You will develop, improve, and support manufacturing processes to ensure safety, quality, delivery and productivity.

In this role you will lead Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives, conduct root-cause investigations, maintain work instructions and process controls, and support NPI and process validation.

Qualifications

  • Degree qualified in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, engineering, or production environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement tools.
  • Experience with root cause analysis methodologies such as 8D or A3.
  • Familiarity with Value Stream Mapping, Standard Work, Visual Management, and 6S.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a

Manufacturing Engineer to join a world-class aerospace manufacturing business at its Devon-based facility.

Working within a highly innovative aerospace environment, you will be responsible for developing, improving, and supporting manufacturing processes to ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, delivery, and productivity are achieved.

Role & Responsibilities:
