Job summary

Ivy Resource Group are recruiting a Mechanical Site Manager for a new church build in Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands. You will oversee up to 15 engineers, manage heating and plumbing installations, and monitor overall mechanical progress to ensure programme deadlines are met.

You must hold an SMSTS ticket, have at least 2 years of site management experience on similar construction projects, provide two recent references, and wear PPE (hard hat, high vis, steel toe boots).

Qualifications

• Tickets: SMSTS.
• PPE: Hard hat, high vis, steel toe cap boots.
• Experience: 2 years' experience as Site Manager on construction projects.
• References: 2 recent work references.

Responsibilities

• Oversee up to 15 engineers on a new build Church project.
• Manage heating and plumbing installation and oversee mechanical progress.
• Apply commercial mechanical experience to site operations.
