Job summary

Core Group in Birmingham is seeking an experienced Mechanical Site Manager / Project Manager to oversee mechanical works on a major new-build project.

You will manage heating, ventilation, plumbing and controls on site, coordinate subcontractors, ensure safety and quality, and deliver to programme. Immediate start on an 18-month contract with a daily rate of £300-£350 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Mechanical Site Manager or Mechanical Project Manager.
• Strong commercial mechanical experience.
• Experience across heating, ventilation, plumbing and controls.
• CSCS card required.
• SMSTS or SSSTS required.
• Experience with Dalux and/or Asite is advantageous but not essential.
• Strong communication, organisational and coordination skills.

Mechanical Site Manager / Project Manager

Location: Birmingham

Rate: £300-£350 per day, depending on experience

Contract: 18 months

Start Date: Immediate

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Site Manager / Project Manager to oversee mechanical works on a major new-build projectin Birmingham.

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing mechanical activities on site, manage duties on site for a new build Church ,ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required standards.
