Job summary

Fawkes & Reece London is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to oversee mechanical packages across three college projects. The role involves managing delivery from installation through to commissioning and final handover, coordinating with clients, consultants and subcontractors while maintaining schedules, budgets and quality standards.

You will ensure compliance with Health & Safety requirements, oversee snagging, commissioning and project close-out, and work closely with

Qualifications

Experience managing mechanical packages on building services projects.
Strong understanding of HVAC, heating, plumbing and ventilation systems.
Experience coordinating subcontractors, programmes, budgets and site delivery.
Highly organised with commercial awareness and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Oversee mechanical packages across three college projects, from installation through to commissioning and handover.
Coordinate installation, commissioning and handover activities with clients, consultants, engineers and subcontractors.
Manage programmes, budgets, resources and materials to deliver works safely, on time and to standard.
Monitor progress and quality, manage variations and coordinate site activities.
Ensure Health & Safety compliance and oversee snagging, commissioning and project close-out.
