Job summary

Fawkes & Reece Group is recruiting an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to oversee mechanical packages on three college projects across the education sector in the UK. The role focuses on delivering installation, commissioning and final handover, while maintaining safety, quality and programme alignment.

You will coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers and subcontractors, manage budgets and resources, and ensure works are completed on time, within budget and to the required

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing mechanical packages within building services.
• Strong understanding of HVAC, heating, plumbing and ventilation systems.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders across projects.
• Commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets and programmes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee mechanical packages across three college projects from installation through commissioning to handover.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Manage project programmes, budgets, resources and materials to deliver safely, on time and to standard.
• Monitor progress and quality, manage variations, ensure health & safety compliance, and oversee snagging and project close-out.
