Job summary

Kier Group is recruiting a Senior Mechanical Package Engineer for the Mogden team based in Isleworth, West London, on a Thames Water project. The role focuses on delivering mechanical engineering solutions, coordinating with the supply chain, and ensuring safety and environmental standards are met.

You will lead the mechanical package from inception to completion, manage procurement with the commercial team, and mentor graduates while collaborating with design partners to ensure constructability

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of Waste Water Engineering.
• Familiar with EN1090 and CDM compliance.
• Experience delivering large Waste Water Schemes.
• Full driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical engineering from inception to completion with integrated designs.
• Collaborate with design partners to ensure CDM compliance and constructability.
• Procure plant, materials and subcontractors with the commercial team.
• Chair and attend HAZOP events and maintain design risk registers.
• Mentor graduate mechanical engineers.
