Job summary

Stantec Consulting International Ltd. is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to join our growing MEP (Building Services) team in the Southwest.

You will lead the day‑to‑day technical delivery of mechanical design on multi‑disciplinary building projects, ensuring high quality drawings and specifications. You will work closely with architects and other engineers, using BIM tools including Revit, and mentor graduates and apprentices while contributing to project planning, delivery and commercial

Qualifications

• Proven Mechanical Engineer with UK experience in building services.
• BIM processes familiarity and experience with Revit.
• Chartered status or working towards it.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day technical delivery of mechanical design on multi-disciplinary building projects.
• Oversee production of specifications, drawings and schedules.
• Support project commercial success through invoicing, WIP management and workload planning.
• Mentor junior team members, graduates and apprentices.
