Job summary

Stantec Consulting International Ltd. is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to lead day‑to‑day delivery of electrical design services within a multidisciplinary building projects team in the Southwest of the UK.

The role emphasises BIM processes, Revit proficiency, collaboration with architects, and mentoring graduates and apprentices, supporting sustainable and innovative client solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Mechanical Engineer in the UK, delivering electrical and M&E solutions across building sectors.
• Familiarity with BIM and Revit tools; ability to work with architects and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day technical delivery of electrical design services on multi‑disciplinary building projects.
• Oversee production of high‑quality design deliverables: specifications, drawings, schedules.
• Support project commercial success through invoicing, WIP management and workload planning.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to their career development.
