Stantec is seeking a Senior or Principal Electrical Design Engineer to join our growing MEP (Building Services) team in the Southwest. You will lead all aspects of the project, including deliverables, resourcing, programme and budget, delivering high‑quality outputs for our clients.

You will develop and oversee mechanical concepts and design solutions, manage a project team to deliver detailed designs to required standards, and contribute to innovation and technical excellence within

Qualifications

• UK-qualified senior electrical engineer with building services experience.
• Proven track record delivering electrical and MEP solutions across sectors.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers and supporting chartership routes.
• Familiar with BIM processes and Revit.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams, manage deliverables, resources, programme and budget.
• Develop and oversee design concepts and detailed designs to required standards.
• Collaborate with architects and multidisciplinary teams.
