Job summary

Cavendish Nuclear at Hinkley Point C seeks a Lead Mechanical Construction Planner to own the planning for a major infrastructure programme, leading a team to deliver integrated schedules and ensure alignment with project milestones.

You will coordinate interfaces across disciplines, drive four-week and 16-week lookahead planning, and contribute to safe, predictable delivery. Hybrid working patterns available.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in construction planning or project controls.
• Experience leading planning teams on major infrastructure projects.
• Skilled in developing integrated construction schedules.
• Proficient with Primavera P6.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Mechanical Construction Planning team to support project delivery.
• Develop and maintain Level 5 construction schedules aligned to milestones.
• Coordinate interfaces between disciplines and manage lookahead planning.
• Produce planning reports and progress reviews.
