Job summary

Cavendish Nuclear, part of Babcock International, is seeking a Lead Planning Manager for the Hinkley Point C project in Somerset. You will drive planning leadership across MEH disciplines, aligning delivery activities and interfaces to maintain achievable, predictable schedules.

You will coordinate 4-week and 16-week lookahead plans, integrate resources and constraints, and collaborate with senior engineers and project controls professionals to ensure successful delivery of critical national

Qualifications

• Significant experience in project controls or programme controls.
• Proven ability to coordinate complex, multidisciplinary programmes.
• Strong risk, interface and constraint management as part of major projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integration of Mechanical, Electrical and HVAC schedules across the programme.
• Coordinate four-week lookahead plans with disciplines and areas.
• Manage consolidation and maintenance of the 16-week lookahead schedule.
• Integrate engineering, materials, access and construction requirements into delivery plans.
• Promote collaboration and professional standards to support programme delivery.
