YMCA St Paul’s Group is recruiting a Maintenance Operative Supervisor to lead day-to-day supervision of maintenance operatives delivering responsive repairs, voids, and estates maintenance across our London property portfolio. The role emphasises safety, customer satisfaction, quality workmanship, and regulatory compliance.

You will foster a culture of continuous improvement, support first-time-fix where possible, and ensure statutory obligations are met.

Qualifications

Experience supervising maintenance operatives.
Experience with repairs, voids and estates maintenance.
Ability to log repairs and follow-up works.
Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
Excellent customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

Deliver a repairs and maintenance service that understands and meets resident needs.
Ensure high-quality repairs with logging of repairs, voids, materials and follow-on works.
Promote a customer-centred approach in all interactions with residents and colleagues.
Provide support to achieve first-time-fix wherever possible.
Ensure statutory and repairs obligations are met for repairs, voids, estates and planned works.
