Job description

Lead Maintenance Engineer

My client is currently recruiting for a maintenance supervisor for a contract based in Paddington and Brentford. You will be level 3 qualified electrical with 18th edition and with a proven track record in commercial maintenance.

Duties:

1. All planned and reactive maintenance.
2. Ensuring all PPMs are completed for the SLAs.
3. Conducting emergency lighting tests and all statutory maintenance, logging on the CAFM system.
4. Performing plant checks.
5. Escorting and dealing with subcontractors.
6. Completing all necessary paperwork and working with the client.

Hours: 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday

Salary: Circa £50-55K plus overtime and company benefits.
