Job summary

Bimplus is seeking a Lead Building Services Engineer for a high-profile static site in Central London. The role combines hands-on electrical/mechanical maintenance with leading a team and ensuring compliance with RAMS and statutory requirements.

You will oversee planned and reactive maintenance, supervise engineers on site, and be the main technical contact for on-site issues. The position is based in Central London with a competitive package.

Qualifications

Experience as Lead Engineer or Supervisor in Building Services.
Hands-on electrical and mechanical systems maintenance experience.
Experience performing PPMs and reactive maintenance; fault finding.
Willing to be commutable to Central London.

Responsibilities

Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on electrical systems and mechanical plant.
Fault find and repair building services systems including HV, LV, HVAC and associated plant.
Undertake minor works including lamping and basic plumbing repairs.
Lead and support a team of engineers on site with day-to-day direction and mentoring.
Review and complete RAMS, ensuring safe works and compliance.
Ensure all activities meet statutory and site compliance requirements.
Support incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
Act as main on-site contact for technical issues and escalations.
