Premises Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Mechanical Manager / M&E Manager to join a prestigious £100m super prime residential refurbishment project in Surrey. The role focuses on delivering and coordinating mechanical services from installation through handover, working closely with the project team.

The position requires extensive experience in high-end residential schemes, strong M&E coordination skills, and excellent communication to manage subcontractors and stakeholders on site.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering high-end residential projects.
• Experience with main contractor or M&E contractor.
• Strong technical understanding of mechanical building services.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of mechanical and public health installations.
• Coordinate M&E subcontractors to meet programme and standards.
• Review drawings, specifications and design information.
• Monitor quality and ensure installations meet requirements.
• Collaborate with site, commercial and design teams to resolve issues.
• Attend progress meetings and report to senior management.
• Support testing, commissioning and handover activities.
