Job summary

Zuno Leeds is seeking a Lead Logistics Coordinator to support the logistics team and ensure installations run smoothly. You will coordinate materials with engineers, track deliveries and keep information up to date across our systems.

In this fixed-term, full-time role, you will train and guide team members, resolve issues with customers and suppliers, and help the manager maintain efficient operations across projects in the Leeds office.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support to the team, assisting with workload, answering queries and offer training to new and existing members of the team.
• Engage with engineers to ensure they have materials required for the daily installs.
• Track daily deliveries and ensure all engineers have the most up to date information when requested.
• Communicate daily with supply chain partners.
• Organise for any missing or damaged equipment to be reissued and delivered to site.
• Update ZUNO admin platform regularly to ensure all recommendations, costs, technical knowledge and information is being recorded for each job.
• Ensure the team is using admin effectively to gain information required.
• Liaise with customers where necessary to assist with any issues and ensure the smooth running of their install.
• Work alongside the manager to efficiently resolve any team issues.
