Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of allocated logistics projects from planning through to completion.
• Develop transport plans based on customer requirements, cargo specs and deadlines.
• Coordinate complex shipments across road, ocean and air freight networks.
• Source and manage hauliers, carriers and suppliers.
• Request, assess and negotiate freight and transport costs.
• Coordinate loading, transit and final delivery arrangements.
• Ensure all documentation is completed accurately.
• Track shipments and provide customers with updates.
• Manage changes, delays and issues with alternatives.
• Monitor costs against budgets and identify extra charges.
• Maintain shipment records and build relationships with customers and partners.
• Work with internal teams to ensure smooth projects.
• Review completed projects and identify process improvements.
