You’ll partner with Executive Producers to shape what comes next in live titles, focusing on retention, engagement, monetisation, and data-driven experiments to steer roadmap decisions.

Qualifications

• Senior product leadership for live mobile/PC games.
• Strong ability to drive retention, engagement, and monetisation through data.
• Proven track record in designing and assessing experiments.

Responsibilities

• Understand each game's key metrics and opportunities for growth.
• Frame opportunities as hypotheses with measurable success metrics.
• Design and run A/B tests with product analysts and producers.
• Shape and prioritise the game roadmap with leadership.
• Bridge growth, product, and monetisation for optimal player experience.
• Mentor analysts and elevate the product craft across the portfolio.
• Identify future hits and guide portfolio evolution.
