• Track record of improving live game performance through product initiatives.
• Experience working on live-service products with measurable business impact.
• Strong understanding of player behaviour and product optimisation.
• Experience partnering closely with Producers, Game Leads or Product Leaders.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to improve retention, engagement, progression, economy performance and monetisation.
• Lead hypothesis-driven development with clear success metrics.
• Collaborate with Product Analysts to design robust A/B tests.
