Job summary

TAIT seeks a Senior Integrator to lead technical delivery on high-profile installations across theatres and venues. You will guide multi-disciplinary teams, ensure robust engineering practices, and mentor staff while coordinating with clients and partners to achieve excellence.

Ideal candidates bring extensive experience in theatre/entertainment systems, strong leadership, and a proactive approach to safety and project governance.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead technical teams on complex installations.
• Strong understanding of entertainment/industrial automation concepts.
• Experience coordinating with multi-national teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Point person for team during early project phases (bidding and technical execution).
• Staff the right person on the right project and time.
• Maintain connection with project teams for technical support and escalation.
• Assist with technical delivery for risky/complex projects; ensure safety compliance.
• Lead project kick-off meetings and post-project reviews.
• Monitor project hour estimates and actuals to address overages and delays.
• Build relationships with clients and external stakeholders to promote TAIT’s reputation.
• Coach team members on leadership and TAIT traits and provide technical training.
