Job summary

Nexus Life Sciences is seeking an MS Method Development Lead in the United Kingdom to drive development and validation of LCMSMS bioanalytical methods under GxP standards. The role combines technical expertise with leadership of the Method Development & Validation team.

You will optimise extraction techniques, chromatography methods, and LC columns, ensure GLP compliance, and support regulatory submissions. A strong background in HPLC/UPLC/LCMSMS and problem-solving is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Biochemistry, Biomedical Science, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead method development and validation as a subject matter expert.
• Optimise extraction techniques, chromatography methods, and LC columns.
• Manage and mentor the Method Development & Validation team.
• Ensure GLP compliance and follow SOPs and international guidelines.
• Troubleshoot analytical methods and identify improvements.
• Oversee cost-effective laboratory operations and consumables.
• Write and approve Methods of Analysis and transfer validated methods.
• Support regulatory submissions and respond to regulatory queries.
• Conduct investigations, implement CAPAs, and drive continuous improvement.
• Prepare and adhere to GLP SOPs; lead team meetings and staff development.
