Job summary

INDOTRONIX AVANI UK, LTD is seeking Lead Java Developers who can drive technical direction while coding hands-on Java solutions. You will steer architecture decisions and mentor engineers within a collaborative software team.

Qualifications

Demonstrated leadership of engineering teams and mentoring of developers.

Responsibilities

Lead technical direction and decision-making within engineering teams.
Provide technical guidance, mentoring and coaching to developers.
Set and promote engineering standards, practices and development methods.
Work closely with Architects, Principal Engineers and other technical teams.
Contribute to medium- and long-term technical strategy.
Make decisions around technology, tools, frameworks and engineering approaches.
Identify technical risks, dependencies and skills gaps.
Drive adoption of new technologies and engineering best practice.
Design reusable services, libraries and solutions.
Influence stakeholders and communicate technical decisions effectively.
