Job summary

INDOTRONIX AVANI UK, LTD is seeking Lead Java Developers who can drive technical direction while coding hands-on Java solutions. You will steer architecture decisions and mentor engineers within a collaborative software team.

We are looking for Lead Java Developers/Lead Software Engineers with strong hands‑on development experience who can also provide technical leadership and strategic direction within a software engineering team. These are not simply senior Java developer positions. Candidates must be able to demonstrate genuine technical leadership, including:
