• Strong Java experience (Java 11+).
• Experience with Spring and Spring Boot.
• Capital Markets knowledge (trading/post-trade).
• Experience with microservices, APIs, distributed systems.
• Strong multithreading and performance tuning skills.
• Familiarity with TDD/BDD.
• Previous senior or lead engineering role.
• Strong communication and leadership.
