Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Lead Software Engineer in Asset Management Trading Technology to design, build, and evolve high‑performance trading platforms that manage orders and execute trades across asset classes. You will work closely with Traders to automate order lifecycles and deliver scalable Java applications in a fast-paced environment.

You will architect messaging and streaming with Kafka/AMPS, drive GenAI adoption in development, and lead code reviews while mentoring teammates to sustain

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience designing and building end-to-end software systems.

• Experience with messaging and streaming technologies such as Kafka.
