This role sits at the intersection of architecture and software engineering, shaping standards and elevating engineering capability across delivery teams. You will build cloud-native applications using Java/Spring and advance DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• Enterprise-scale software experience.
• Strong Java/Spring development expertise.
• Experience designing APIs, distributed systems and microservices.
• Strong DevOps, CI/CD and automated testing skills.
• Commercial experience with AWS.
• Ability to influence engineering standards across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of scalable, secure and resilient software solutions.
• Partner with architects to define technical direction and long-term platform strategy.
• Drive engineering best practices across development, testing, deployment and operations.
• Build modern cloud-based applications and services.
• Improve automation across build, testing and release pipelines.
• Act as a technical authority for complex design decisions and platform evolution.
