Job summary

Luxoft Germany is seeking an experienced technical lead to join an Agile team rewriting an enterprise platform using Angular, Java, and Spring. You will design architecture, mentor developers, and deliver scalable solutions.

This role focuses on leadership, code quality, performance tuning, and close collaboration with product, QA, and DevOps to ensure reliable delivery and fast iterations. You will own technical direction, review designs, and help shape cloud decisions.

Qualifications

• Lead experience of 3+ years in software teams.
• 10+ years of Java experience (Java 11+).
• Strong knowledge of Spring Boot.
• Experience with SQL databases.
• Familiarity with Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Hands‑on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.
• Solid testing skills (JUnit, Mockito).
• Ability to mentor others and work in Agile teams.

Responsibilities
