The successful candidate will champion Lean Manufacturing, lead transformation, optimise performance through process improvements and support new product introduction while ensuring scalable, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Significant senior management experience within a complex manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of leading multiple operational functions including production, engineering and planning.
• Experience developing and executing operational strategies that support business growth and performance.
• Demonstrated success delivering operational change, organisational transformation and continuous improvement programmes.
• Experience developing managers and building high-performing teams.
