Job summary

Evotec SE invites applications for a Lead In Silico Business Partner, Biology. The role sits at the interface of Global Biology Operations and the In Silico & AI function, owning the relationship, demand and roadmap for the segment worldwide.

You will translate scientific needs into testable in silico requirements and orchestrate delivery across Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, AI Accelerator and Solutions & Data teams to drive value for priority programmes.

Qualifications

• Fluent business English; strong communication with senior scientific and operational leadership.
• Experience translating scientific needs into clear software/AI requirements; ability to influence without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end relationship between Global Biology Operations and the In Silico & AI function globally.
• Shape and own the in silico and AI roadmap for biology with a focus on Disease-to-Target.
• Capture, structure and prioritize demand from biology leadership into testable requirements.
• Orchestrate in silico contributions across Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, AI Accelerator and Solutions & Data.
• Drive application of proprietary multi-omics assets to disease-focused segments.
• Support chemistry-by-biology flagship programmes ensuring targets with omics context feed into therapeutic design.
• Partner on differentiated value propositions and segment innovation; articulate market differentiators.
• Provide input to segment and portfolio prioritization including demand visibility and resourcing.
