Evotec (Uk) Ltd. seeks a Lead In Silico Business Partner, Biology to manage the global In Silico & AI roadmap for biology and to serve as the primary liaison with Global Biology Operations.

Qualifications

• PhD or MSc in life sciences, computational biology, bioinformatics, biostatistics, data science, or related discipline.
• Experience in biotech, pharma, CRO, or comparable science-driven environment.
• Demonstrable experience partnering with disease biology, translational or multi-omics functions.
• Evidence of in silico or AI methods delivered into routine scientific use.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end relationship between Global Biology Operations and the In Silico & AI function globally.
• Shape and own the in silico and AI roadmap for biology, focusing on Disease-to-Target.
• Capture, structure and prioritize demand from biology leadership into clear requirements.
• Orchestrate the in silico contribution across Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, and Solutions & Data.
• Drive the application of multi-omics assets to segment work and ground target validation in real disease biology.
