Job summary

Evotec is seeking a Lead In Silico Business Partner, Platform to act as the global front door between Drug Discovery Platforms and the In Silico & AI organization. You will own the relationship, demand, and roadmap while ensuring delivery across capability units with quality and value.

You will translate science priorities into in silico requirements, drive adoption, and contribute to client proposals with a commercial lens.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior scientific and operational leadership.
• Working fluency in in silico toolbox including ML, QSAR and ADMET-related methods.
• Experience translating scientific needs into actionable software or data requirements.
• Commercial acumen to shape proposals and pricing discussions.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end relationship between DDP and In Silico & AI globally.
• Shape the in silico and AI roadmap with focus on ADMET/Safety and omics data.
• Translate platform priorities into clear requirements with Solution Managers.
• Coordinate across Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, AI Accelerator and Data.
• Drive adoption of in silico capabilities from pilot to routine operation.
• Contribute to client proposals and bids with differentiation and value.
