Ably Resources Ltd is seeking a Lead Civil Engineer to manage the civil design, construction and contracting activities for HV/EHV substation projects from early engagement through to commissioning.

This senior role can be based in Birmingham, Glasgow, Manchester or London, and requires leadership of civil and structural design teams, review of drawings and calculations, and coordination with clients, consultants and subcontractors.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering required.
• Experience in HV/EHV substations or electricity transmission infrastructure.
• Familiarity with UK construction legislation and industry regulations.
• Chartered Engineer status or progress towards registration is beneficial.

• Lead civil and structural engineering for HV/EHV substation projects.
• Review drawings, calculations and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate civil design teams and provide technical direction.
