Job summary

Lime FMS in Leeds is seeking an experienced Support Head Housekeeper to lead our hotel housekeeping team, ensuring high cleanliness standards and guest satisfaction. You will work closely with hotel management to manage daily operations, allocate staff, and drive improvements in presentation and service.

The ideal candidate has prior hotel housekeeping leadership experience, strong attention to detail, and excellent organisational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel housekeeping is required.
• Head Housekeeper/Deputy Head Housekeeper or Supervisor experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and high standards.
• Confident in supervising and supporting a team.
• Able to work in a fast-paced hotel environment.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing business demands.
• Willing to work alongside hotel management and lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day running of the housekeeping department.
• Supervise and motivate housekeeping teams to maintain high standards.
• Assist with room checks and ensure rooms meet required standards.
• Assist staff allocation and daily workload planning.
• Help manage increased occupancy and busy periods.
• Support training and onboarding of new colleagues.
• Monitor cleaning standards and address issues promptly.
• Collaborate with hotel management to meet operational requirements.
• Provide support to the wider housekeeping team when needed.
• Ensure health, safety and company procedures are followed at all times.
