Keystone Care in Derbyshire is looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a nursing home, ensuring safe, person-centred care and regulatory compliance. You will shape a high-performing team and drive outstanding care standards for residents, families and staff.

You will be responsible for day-to-day operations, care planning, governance, budgeting and stakeholder engagement, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and quality of service.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a nursing home or similar setting.
• Experience with care planning, risk assessment and person-centred care delivery.
• Strong understanding of CQC standards and safeguarding.

Responsabilités

• Provide overall leadership and management of the nursing home, ensuring safe, effective, and compassionate care for all residents.
• Oversee and maintain robust care planning processes, ensuring assessments, care plans, and reviews are accurate and person-centred.
• Lead, support, and develop the staff team through supervision, appraisals, performance management, and rota planning.
• Ensure full compliance with CQC standards and all relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor clinical and operational performance, using audits, data, and feedback to drive quality improvement.
• Manage budgets and resources, including staffing, supplies, and services, for efficiency.
• Build and maintain relationships with residents, families, professionals, and external stakeholders.
• Respond to incidents, complaints, and safeguarding concerns, ensuring timely investigation and corrective actions.
