Job summary

John Lewis Partnership is hiring a Technician Specialist to join a two-person delivery crew in Avonmouth, installing products in customers' homes and coaching fellow drivers. You will drive a 7.5-tonne vehicle, load deliveries with the warehouse team, and ensure the highest standards of customer care and product knowledge.

Role requires installation experience, strong communication, and comfort with heavy lifting.

Qualifications

• Previous installation experience is required and we will top up knowledge with installer accreditation.

Responsibilities

• Ambassador for the John Lewis brand with customer service as priority.
• Coach and develop delivery drivers in the team.
• Load the lorry with deliveries alongside the warehouse team.
• Handle customer homes with respect and find solutions for issues.
• Install products efficiently and demonstrate usage after installation.
• Stay updated with new products and technologies.
• Maintain a safe working environment.
