Job summary

You will lead sessions, deliver targeted interventions, and work closely with teachers to support learning, behaviour, and emotional regulation in a nurturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as HLTA or TA or Cover Supervisor
• Confident leading lessons or taking responsibility for groups
• Experience with SEND and/or SEMH needs is desirable
• Calm, resilient and able to build positive relationships

Responsibilities

• Lead learning sessions and provide classroom cover when required.
• Deliver engaging lessons and targeted interventions to individuals, small groups and whole classes.
• Support pupils with SEMH and additional learning needs to engage in learning and achieve their goals.
• Work collaboratively with teachers and the wider school team.
• Promote positive behaviour, emotional regulation and independence.
