Kier Group plc. in the UK is seeking a Senior Highways & Drainage Engineer to lead the delivery of highways and drainage schemes, mentoring colleagues and shaping buildable, safe solutions from concept to delivery.

You will oversee temporary works design, support bid activity with feasibility studies and value engineering, and manage multidisciplinary design teams while cultivating strong client relationships across major infrastructure projects.

Competenze

• Incorporated member of a relevant professional institution (e.g., IEng MICE) with relevant highways/drainage experience.
• Proven ability to lead design projects and multidisciplinary teams.
• Skilled in temporary works design, checking and delivering buildable solutions.

Mansioni

• Lead temporary works design and checking for highways and drainage.
• Provide tender and bid support with outline designs, feasibility studies and value engineering.
• Manage design projects from remit development to delivery, ensuring technical compliance.
• Lead and organise workload of engineers and technical staff within the design team.
• Build strong client relationships and represent Kier at project meetings.
