Qualifications

• Incorporated member of a relevant professional institution with relevant experience.
• Experience in highways and drainage engineering with demonstrable technical expertise.
• Ability to lead design projects and manage multidisciplinary teams.
• Skilled in temporary works design, checking and providing technical solutions.
• Able to build positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Leading temporary works design and checking with a focus on highways and drainage solutions.
• Providing tender and bid support including outline designs, feasibility studies and value engineering.
• Managing design projects from remit development through to delivery, ensuring technical compliance.
• Leading and organising the workload of engineers and technical staff within the design team.
• Building strong client relationships and representing Kier at project meetings.
