About The Role

Are you a confident communicator with a talent for building relationships and uncovering new business opportunities?

At Domino, we're looking for a proactive and commercially minded Lead Generation Specialist to support our growth across the EMEA region. In this role, you'll identify and engage prospective customers, qualify opportunities, and work closely with our Sales and Marketing teams to help build a strong pipeline of future business.

This is an exciting opportunity to work across multiple European markets, utilise your language skills, and play a direct role in driving commercial success for a globally recognised technology business.

As Our Lead Generation Specialist, You Will

• Research and identify target organisations across key industries and European markets.
• Engage with decision-makers through outbound phone calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Introduce Domino's products and solutions, creating interest and awareness among prospective customers.
• Qualify leads by understanding customer needs, challenges, and purchasing potential.
• Pass high-quality opportunities to the appropriate Sales Representative for further development.
• Maintain accurate prospect data and activity records within our CRM system.
• Utilise LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other business intelligence tools to identify new opportunities.
• Support lead generation campaigns and wider business development initiatives.
• Gather and share market intelligence, competitor insight, and customer feedback with Sales and Marketing teams.

This role provides the opportunity to gain exposure to a wide range of European markets while working alongside experienced Sales and Marketing professionals.

You’ll play an important role in generating new business opportunities and contributing directly to Domino's continued growth. In return, you'll gain valuable commercial experience and develop skills that provide a strong foundation for future careers in sales, business development, account management, or commercial leadership.

You'll Ideally Have

• Experience in lead generation, business development, inside sales, telesales, or another customer-facing commercial role.
• Comfortable in making outbound calls and engaging in conversations with prospective customers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using LinkedIn for prospecting and business research.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.
• A proactive approach and the ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively with colleagues across different locations.

You’ll also bring:

• Fluent written and spoken English
• Professional proficiency or fluency in two or more European languages, particularly German, French, or Spanish.
