Job summary

We can SolviT Recruitment LTD in Daventry is seeking an experienced Outbound Telesales Executive (B2B) to join our busy call centre. The role is full-time, on-site, with a temp-to-perm pathway and 8am–4pm shifts.

You will perform high-volume outbound B2B cold calls, generate leads, and set appointments across energy, car leasing and telecoms sectors, using a dialer and CRM. The position offers weekly pay and a clear route to permanent employment.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B outbound telesales experience.
• Lead generation or appointment setter experience.
• Comfortable with dialers and CRM systems.
• Able to work fully office based in Daventry.

Daventry - £15.00 per hour - Immediate start
Full time - Temp to perm - Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm

Experienced B2B outbound telesales executive needed for an immediate start in Daventry. Cold calling, lead generation and appointment setting.

£15.00 per hour, weekly pay, temp to perm.

We're recruiting 3 x full time outbound telesales staff for a busy call centre in Daventry.

This is pure outbound new business.

No account management.

No inbound.

Your role

• High volume outbound B2B cold calling
• Lead generation and appointment setting
• Qualifying business customers in the energy, car leasing and telecoms sectors
• Using a dialler and CRM system
• Hitting daily call and appointment targets

What you'll need

• Proven experience in B2B outbound telesales, telemarketing or cold calling
• Lead generation or appointment setter experience
• Confident, resilient and target driven
• Comfortable with diallers and CRM systems
• Able to work fully office based in Daventry (no hybrid or remote)

Please note: account management or inbound-only experience will not be suitable.
