Job summary

RTL Group Ltd is seeking an experienced General Foreman to oversee drainage and structures works on a major civil engineering project in the United Kingdom. The role involves managing site teams, subcontractors and plant while coordinating labour, materials and progress to meet safety, programme and quality targets.

The ideal candidate has substantial general foreman experience in civil engineering, strong drainage/structures expertise, a Gold CSCS card, SMSTS/SSSTS and First Aid qualifications.

Qualifications

• Experience as a General Foreman in civil engineering projects.
• Strong drainage and structures experience.
• Holder of CSCS Gold card and SMSTS/SSSTS.
• First Aid certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily drainage and structures works.
• Manage site teams, subcontractors and plant.
• Coordinate labour, plant and materials.
• Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to specification.
• Monitor quality and progress.
• Liaise with Site Management and Engineers.
