Job summary

RTL Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Structures Foreman to oversee a major highways infrastructure project. You will supervise bridges, culverts, RC structures, retaining walls and steelwork, while leading site gangs, subcontractors and plant to deliver safely and on schedule.

The successful candidate will have previous Structures/Civils Foreman experience on highways or major infrastructure, a strong structural/RC background, a full UK driving licence, and CSCS Gold Card with SSSTS/SMSTS and

Qualifications

• Previous Structures/Civils Foreman experience.
• Experience on highways or major infrastructure projects.
• Strong structural/RC background.
• Full UK driving licence.
• TWS or National Highways experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise structural works including bridges, culverts, RC structures, retaining walls and steelwork.
• Lead site gangs, subcontractors and plant.
• Ensure works follow drawings, RAMS and specifications.
• Monitor safety, quality and progress.
• Conduct briefings, inspections and toolbox talks.
