Job summary

RTL Group Ltd. seeks an experienced Drainage Foreman to supervise drainage and civils on a highways infrastructure project. You will lead site gangs, subcontractors and plant, ensuring works align with drawings, RAMS and specifications while monitoring safety, quality and progress.

The role requires a background in drainage and civils on major infrastructure, a valid CSCS Gold Card, and driving licence. SSSTS/SMSTS and First Aid are advantageous, with National Highways or TWS exposure desirable.

Qualifications

• Candidate with Drainage/Civils Foreman experience on highways or major infrastructure.
• CSCS Gold Card required; SSSTS/SMSTS and First Aid beneficial.
• Full UK driving licence; willing to work on site across project sites.
• National Highways or TWS experience desirable.
