Job summary

RTL Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Earthworks Foreman to join a major civil engineering project. The role focuses on supervising earthworks, coordinating site teams and subcontractors, and ensuring safety and programme adherence.

The ideal candidate will have proven earthworks and civils background, with a Gold CSCS card, SMSTS or SSSTS qualification, and a First Aid certificate. This on-site position requires strong leadership on a busy site in the UK.

Qualifications

• Previous Earthworks Foreman experience.
• CSCS Gold card.
• SMSTS or SSSTS.
• First Aid qualification.
• Strong earthworks and civils background.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day to day earthworks activities.
• Manage site teams, plant operators, and subcontractors.
• Ensure works are completed safely, on programme, and to specification.
• Coordinate labour, plant, and materials.
• Complete site inspections and toolbox talks.
