Job summary

RTL Group Ltd in the United Kingdom is looking for an experienced Drainage Foreman to join a major highways infrastructure project. You will supervise drainage and civils works on site, lead site gangs, subcontractors and plant, and monitor safety, quality and progress.

The ideal candidate will have drainage/civils foreman experience, highways or major infrastructure background, a Gold CSCS Card, SSSTS/SMSTS and First Aid, a full UK driving licence, and familiarity with NH or TWS where possible.

Qualifications

• Experience as Drainage/Civils Foreman on large projects.
• Background in highways or major infrastructure.
• CSCS Gold card holder.
• SSSTS/SMSTS and First Aid certified.
• Full UK driving licence.
• NH or TWS experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise drainage and civils works on site.
• Lead site gangs, subcontractors and plant.
• Oversee installation of drainage runs, manholes, culverts and associated works.
• Ensure works follow drawings, RAMS and specifications.
• Monitor safety, quality and progress.
• Conduct site briefings, inspections and toolbox talks.
