Job summary

RTL Group Ltd in Glasgow is recruiting a Structures Foreman for a major highways infrastructure project. You will supervise structural works and lead site gangs to ensure work aligns with drawings and specifications.

The role requires proven Foreman experience in civils, highways or large-scale schemes, a Gold CSCS card, SSSTS/SMSTS and First Aid, plus a full UK driving licence. You will prioritise safety, quality and progress on site.

Qualifications

• Previous Structures/Civils Foreman experience.
• Highways or major infrastructure experience.
• Gold CSCS Card.
• SSSTS/SMSTS and First Aid.
• Full UK driving licence.
• TWS or National Highways experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise structural works including bridges, culverts, RC structures, retaining walls and steelwork.
• Lead site gangs, subcontractors and plant.
• Ensure works follow drawings, RAMS and specifications.
• Monitor safety, quality and progress.
• Conduct briefings, inspections and toolbox talks.
