Qualifications

• Multi-skilled construction professional capable of leading on site.
• Strong organisational and planning skills for day-to-day site activities.
• Clean driving license and willingness to travel/hit the road.
• Willingness to travel/work away as required.
• Ability to drive a mini digger/dumper (essential).
• Must be based in Northern Ireland and able to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate teams on-site to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to the highest standard.
• Bring your multi-skilled construction expertise to life – from bricklaying to underpinning, concreting, drainage, and more.
• Operate machinery like mini diggers and dumpers
• Mix concrete, demolish, dig, and restore residential properties to their original condition
• Get hands-on with tools, from demolition hammers to jigsaws (latest gear, PPE and HAVS controls).
• Travel to project sites
• Work closely with our Project Managers
