Responsibilities

• Conduct calls from company database to confirm contact information.
• Focus on gathering contact information (leads) for the sales team.
• Research and ensure client details are correct.
• Administration duties.
• Daily marketing targets.
• Create and input data onto spreadsheets and company systems.
• Deal with general queries.
• Cover the reception duties when needed.
• Attend company promotion events.
• Resource new clients.
• Carry out other duties as required.
