Job summary

ST TALENT LTD in Leeds is seeking a confident Telesales Executive to drive lead generation and appointment setting for schools, academies and related sectors. You will make around 100 outbound calls daily, build rapport, qualify opportunities and book appointments for the sales and surveying team.

Based in Leeds (LS19) with an office-based role, you will work towards clear targets, enjoy a fast-paced environment and benefit from a company bonus scheme and on-site parking.

Qualifications

• Confident and personable, with excellent telephone communication skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls in a target-driven environment.
• Resilient and positive, able to handle rejection and move quickly on the next opportunity.
• Organised, with good attention to detail and the ability to keep accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Make around 100 outbound sales calls per day to potential customers and decision-makers.
• Introduce the company's services and identify potential projects and business opportunities.
• Build rapport with contacts including school business managers, bursars, headteachers, facilities managers and business owners.
• Confidently navigate gatekeepers to reach the right people.
• Book qualified appointments directly into the sales team's diary.
• Follow up warm leads, callbacks and previous conversations.
• Accurately record calls, customer details and outcomes within the CRM system.
• Work towards weekly lead generation and appointment-setting targets, looking for opportunities to exceed expectations.
